After School Clubs

Kids’ Carpentry After School Clubs are a chance for Elementary aged Makers and Doers to build and play with their hands (no screens!). While kids construct fun and exciting projects, they are also empowered to become independent thinkers – building confidence, self-esteem, and a repertoire of practical skills that will last them a lifetime!

Each month, kids will participate in different hands-on activities including Carpentry, Cardboard Engineering, Art Explorations, Board Games, STEM Challenges and more.

Clubs run Monday through Friday from 3:00-5:15pm (Wednesdays 1:45-5:15pm) at our Columbia City or from 3:00-5:30pm (Wednesdays 1:45-5:30pm at our Maple Leaf Workshop, sign up for one or more days. Each day, kids will have a snack break, movement time, a main activity and tinker (choice) time. All kids must be picked up by 5:30. Schedule follows the Seattle Public Schools Calendar.

Plus!

  • Free transportation will be provided directly after school from select neighborhood schools.
  • Free “emergency days” of childcare, provided space is available.
  • Club Kids get 50% off full day break camps at the workshop during the school year.
